Industrial Baseplate Bollards
Calpipe Security Bollards' IBB series of baseplate or surface mounted bollards are manufactured from carbon steel and powder coated to your choice of color or our standard safety yellow. These can also be galvanized or even have a dual coat of a galvanized base with a powder coat finish for the highest level of corrosion resistance available. Solely a visual deterrent, base plate bollards are primarily used when the slab they are being mounted on is too shallow for a deeper, more secure concrete footing. Base plate bollards should not be relied upon for stopping vehicles or as a perimeter security application, but rather as a pedestrian traffic guide and vehicular deterrent. Custom lengths and sizes are also available.
